外貿(mào)出口到不同國家需要注意哪些海關(guān)問題？

在日常外貿(mào)中，經(jīng)常會(huì)遇到不同的國家在貨物的進(jìn)出口上有不同的要求和規(guī)定，外貿(mào)人需要去了解不同國家外貿(mào)出口要求，才能夠確保貿(mào)易的流暢性。那么有哪些國家的貿(mào)易出口需要注意哪些問題呢？

在出口到以下國家的時(shí)候需要申報(bào)AMS（ams：美國艙單錄入系統(tǒng)費(fèi)American Manifest System（信息費(fèi)））
美國；菲律賓；加拿大；墨西哥；
在出口到以下國家的時(shí)候需要申報(bào)ENS（“截歐線” 因?yàn)橐獔?bào)關(guān)前2天提供數(shù)據(jù)）
歐盟所有成員國；
在出口到以下國家的時(shí)候木制包裝需做熏蒸消毒
美國；日本；韓國；加拿大；澳大利亞；馬拉西亞；菲律賓；巴西；巴拿馬；以色列；印度尼西亞；智利；
在出口到以下國家的時(shí)候需要做產(chǎn)地證
阿聯(lián)酋；柬埔寨；孟加拉國；加拿大；多哈；斯里蘭卡；巴林；沙特；埃及；
特別注意
1、出口到美國的貨物在提交AMS的前提下還需提交一個(gè)新的10+2申報(bào)。
2、出口貨物到印度尼西亞的時(shí)候需要注意，最終收貨人必須要有進(jìn)出口權(quán)，不然沒法清關(guān)進(jìn)口。
3、出口貨物到沙特的時(shí)候，所有貨物都需要使用托盤裝運(yùn)，并且包裝上需要印上原產(chǎn)地和嘜頭，不按規(guī)定操作將會(huì)面臨罰金。
4、出口貨物到巴西的時(shí)候，要注意提單上必須顯示運(yùn)費(fèi)金額，不接受“TO ORDER”的提單。

Certificate of origin is required when exporting to the following countries

The united Arab emirates (uae). Cambodia; Bangladesh; Canada; The doha round. Sri Lanka; Bahrain. Saudi Arabia; Egypt;

Pay special attention to

1. A new 10+2 declaration is required for goods exported to the United States on the premise of submitting AMS.

2. When exporting the goods to Indonesia, it is necessary to pay attention to that the final consignee must have import and export rights, otherwise it cannot be cleared for import.

3. When exporting goods to Saudi Arabia, all goods need to be shipped in pallets, and the origin and shipping mark need to be printed on the package. There will be fines if the goods are not operated in accordance with the regulations.

4. When exporting goods TO Brazil, it should be noted that the freight amount must be shown on the BILL of lading, and "TO ORDER" bill of lading is not acceptable.
