1、零售商(Retailer) 一般訂單較小,但下單頻率快,要貨急 ,主要關(guān)注價(jià)格、交貨期,當(dāng)然質(zhì)量也是需要的。他們一般也不太會(huì)關(guān)注賣家實(shí)力多大,公司研發(fā)能力等,覺得你還專業(yè),溝通暢通,靠譜,下單一般很快。目前在網(wǎng)上大多數(shù)是這類客戶。以前做外貿(mào)時(shí),這類客戶碰到最多,從收到詢盤到收到TT款,一般三五天就下單,最多半個(gè)月搞掂。
2、貿(mào)易商(Trader) 對(duì)價(jià)格較敏感,很多在中國某城市有采購辦事處,對(duì)中國市場(chǎng)相當(dāng)熟悉,因此他們會(huì)找很多供應(yīng)商,從中挑選有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的賣家,所以有時(shí)雖聊了很久,但可能最終沒有選擇你,也許是你溝通問題,也許是你價(jià)格問題,還有可能把你列入了潛在供應(yīng)商列,他們手上一般都有訂單,一般會(huì)在溝通半個(gè)月到一個(gè)月時(shí)間,會(huì)有訂單。
3、OEM 進(jìn)口商 對(duì)質(zhì)量要求是較高的,因?yàn)槟銕退麄兩a(chǎn),然后貼他們的牌子在當(dāng)?shù)劁N售,當(dāng)然對(duì)質(zhì)量是嚴(yán)的 ,一般量大,訂單較穩(wěn),主要關(guān)心你公司的R&D能力,工廠規(guī)模、質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證、售后服務(wù)等。 以前我們公司就是靠這類進(jìn)口商做大的,從三十多人的小工廠不到兩年時(shí)間內(nèi)擴(kuò)大到1500人的工廠,70%的訂單來自于這個(gè)客戶。
4、連鎖超市(supermarket) 類似于沃爾瑪、家樂福等連鎖超市 ,一般量大,周期較長,而且不會(huì)在網(wǎng)上給你下單 ,網(wǎng)上只是先期聯(lián)系的環(huán)節(jié),還要經(jīng)過篩選環(huán)節(jié),面談考察環(huán)節(jié),最后才可能下單,運(yùn)氣好的話也得三個(gè)月到半年才能搞掂,作為持久戰(zhàn)準(zhǔn)備吧。 明白了客戶身份,我們就知道,為什么有些客戶是“只起風(fēng),不下雨”了吧。
