前10月重慶與RCEP成員國(guó)貿(mào)易增長(zhǎng)超15%

近年來，重慶市持續(xù)深化與RCEP沿線國(guó)家經(jīng)貿(mào)合作，實(shí)施“東盟行動(dòng)計(jì)劃”深耕東盟，加速與日韓的合資合作。今年前10月，重慶與RCEP成員國(guó)進(jìn)出口額1907.2億元，同比增長(zhǎng)15.1%，占同期全市外貿(mào)進(jìn)出口額29.6%。其中，韓國(guó)成為重慶在RCEP區(qū)域最大的貿(mào)易伙伴。

多措并舉促經(jīng)貿(mào)合作

為加深與RCEP成員國(guó)的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作，今年以來，重慶持續(xù)與東盟國(guó)家的政企互動(dòng)，將雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)合作穩(wěn)步推進(jìn)，呈現(xiàn)出貿(mào)易規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大、通道功能不斷提升、平臺(tái)作用不斷顯現(xiàn)、交流互動(dòng)不斷深化的良好局面。

重慶從制定發(fā)展規(guī)劃、大力招商引資、共建合作項(xiàng)目等方面積極深化與東盟的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作，重慶市商務(wù)委發(fā)布了《重慶市深化與東盟經(jīng)貿(mào)合作行動(dòng)計(jì)劃（2021-2025年）》，推動(dòng)?xùn)|盟成為重慶全面融入“一帶一路”的優(yōu)先方向。

此外，重慶市商務(wù)委還舉辦2021陸海新通道國(guó)際合作論壇，加強(qiáng)重慶市與新加坡、部分RCEP成員國(guó)之間交流與合作；積極推動(dòng)與越南工貿(mào)部簽訂協(xié)議，促進(jìn)雙方經(jīng)貿(mào)與投資合作等。

多領(lǐng)域開展國(guó)際合作

通過推進(jìn)重慶與RCEP成員國(guó)的交流，重慶在金融、機(jī)械制造等多領(lǐng)域取得合作成效，進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)重慶經(jīng)貿(mào)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。

搶抓RCEP機(jī)遇，重慶市商務(wù)委持續(xù)加大面向RCEP成員國(guó)的招商引資工作。同時(shí)，RCEP成員國(guó)也成為重慶市重要的服務(wù)外包發(fā)包來源地。

對(duì)標(biāo)國(guó)際規(guī)則推動(dòng)開放

“重慶未來將進(jìn)一步加快推進(jìn)內(nèi)陸開放，打造成為吸引外資的沃土，用好RCEP規(guī)則、搶抓RCEP機(jī)遇，推動(dòng)與RCEP成員高質(zhì)量開放合作。”重慶市商務(wù)委有關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人說。

一方面，重慶將建設(shè)RCEP經(jīng)貿(mào)合作先行區(qū)，著力發(fā)揮中新互聯(lián)互通示范項(xiàng)目、全市6個(gè)綜合保稅區(qū)的示范先行作用，打造成為對(duì)外開放的新高地。

另一方面，是對(duì)標(biāo)對(duì)表RCEP規(guī)則，以服務(wù)業(yè)擴(kuò)大開放綜合試點(diǎn)為契機(jī)，大力發(fā)展面向RCEP國(guó)家的金融服務(wù)，吸引RCEP國(guó)家金融機(jī)構(gòu)到重慶投資發(fā)展等。

In recent years, Chongqing has continued to deepen economic and trade cooperation with countries along the RCEP, carried out the asean Action Plan to deepen asean, and accelerated joint ventures and cooperation with Japan and South Korea. In the first 10 months of this year, the import and export volume of Chongqing and RCEP member countries reached 190.72 billion yuan, up 15.1% year on year, accounting for 29.6% of the city's foreign trade import and export volume in the same period. Among them, South Korea has become chongqing's largest trading partner in the RCEP region.

Multiple measures have been taken to promote economic and trade cooperation

In order to deepen the economic and trade cooperation with RCEP member states, Chongqing has continued the interaction between government and enterprises with ASEAN countries since the beginning of this year, steadily advancing the bilateral economic and trade cooperation, showing a good situation of expanding trade scale, improving the function of the channel, emerging the role of the platform, and deepening exchanges and interactions.

Chongqing has actively deepened its economic and trade cooperation with ASEAN from the aspects of formulating development plans, attracting investment and building cooperation projects. Chongqing Commission of Commerce has issued action Plan for Deepening Economic and trade Cooperation between Chongqing and ASEAN (2021-2025), promoting ASEAN to become the priority direction for Chongqing to fully integrate into the "Belt and Road" initiative.

In addition, Chongqing Municipal Commission of Commerce also held the 2021 International Cooperation Forum on New Land-Sea Corridor to strengthen exchanges and cooperation between Chongqing, Singapore and some RCEP member states. Actively promote the signing of agreements with the Vietnamese Ministry of Industry and Trade and promote bilateral economic, trade and investment cooperation.

Conducting international cooperation in various fields

By promoting the exchanges between Chongqing and RCEP member states, Chongqing has achieved fruitful cooperation in various fields such as finance and machinery manufacturing, further promoting the high-quality development of Chongqing's economy and trade.

Shenchi Has directly or indirectly sold in 12 RCEP countries and adopted RMB cross-border settlement in some countries. Looking forward to the opportunities after RCEP takes effect, Shenchi Plans to invest and set up overseas companies in Thailand.

Seizing the opportunities of RCEP, Chongqing Commission of Commerce continues to increase investment attraction for RCEP member states. At the same time, RCEP member countries have also become important sources of service outsourcing in Chongqing.

International standards promote openness

"In the future, Chongqing will further accelerate inland opening-up, build itself into a fertile ground for attracting foreign investment, make good use of RCEP rules and opportunities, and promote high-quality opening-up and cooperation with RCEP members." Chongqing commerce commission said.

On the one hand, Chongqing will build the RCEP economic and trade cooperation pilot zone, give full play to the role of the China-New Zealand connectivity demonstration project and the city's six comprehensive free trade zones, and build Chongqing into a new highland of opening-up.

On the other hand, we should match the standard and table RCEP rules. Taking the opportunity of the comprehensive pilot of expanding the opening-up of the service sector, we should vigorously develop financial services for RCEP countries and attract financial institutions from RCEP countries to invest and develop in Chongqing.
