打招呼是第一印象的關鍵:
- “Hey there! Pleasure to meet you.” (你好,很高興見到你)
- “Hello! Nice to get in touch with you. I'm [your name] from [your company].”(您好!很高興與您聯(lián)系。我是 [您的公司] 的 [您的名字]。)
- “Long time no talk! How are you?”(好久沒聯(lián)系啦!你最近怎么樣?)
- “Hey there! I hope this message finds you in good spirits.”(嗨!希望這條消息能讓你心情愉悅。)
這樣的開場白,簡單又真誠,能讓客戶感受到你的熱情,為后續(xù)溝通營造良好氛圍。
收到客戶詢盤,要及時、專業(yè)地回應,展現(xiàn)你的靠譜:
- “We're thrilled to receive your inquiry. Great to hear from you.”(收到您的詢盤,我們超開心!)
- “Based on the sample you provided, we've got some great product recommendations for you. Let me share the details.”(根據(jù)您提供的樣品,我們?yōu)槟鷾蕚淞撕馨舻漠a(chǎn)品推薦。下面給您講講具體情況。)
要是需要客戶提供更多信息,禮貌詢問:
- “To give you the most accurate quote, could you please share more details about the product specifications, like quantity, size, and any special requirements?”(為了給您最準確的報價,您能詳細說說產(chǎn)品規(guī)格嗎?比如數(shù)量、尺寸,還有特殊要求之類的。)
客戶砍價很常見,別慌,用這些話術巧妙應對:
- “I totally understand you're looking for a good deal. But for this order, our profit margin is already super tight. We're offering a fair price considering the product quality and service.”(我完全理解您想拿到更優(yōu)惠的價格。不過就這個訂單而言,我們的利潤空間已經(jīng)很小了。綜合產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和服務,這個價格真的很實在。)
- “Compare our offer with others in the market, and you'll find that we provide the best value for your money. Our products come with top - notch quality and after - sales support.”(和市場上其他報價比一比,您就會發(fā)現(xiàn)我們的產(chǎn)品性價比超高。而且我們還有優(yōu)質(zhì)的售后服務呢。)
強調(diào)產(chǎn)品價值:
- “The price is determined by the product's quality, features, and the value it brings to your business. Our product can help you stand out in the market and increase your profits in the long run.”(價格是由產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、特性以及它給您業(yè)務帶來的價值決定的。我們的產(chǎn)品能幫您在市場中脫穎而出,長期來看還能增加您的利潤呢。)
客戶有顧慮很正常,用這些話術讓他們安心:
- “We've got a solid reputation in the industry. Many of our clients have been working with us for years because of our reliable products and services. You can check our references if you'd like.”(我們在行業(yè)內(nèi)口碑很好。好多客戶和我們合作了好多年,就因為我們產(chǎn)品靠譜、服務周到。您要是愿意,還能查看我們的客戶推薦信。)
- “In case of any defective products, we'll take full responsibility. We'll either replace them immediately or offer a reasonable compensation based on the situation.”(要是產(chǎn)品有質(zhì)量問題,我們負全責。我們會馬上換貨,或者根據(jù)情況提供合理補償。)
客戶遲遲不做決定,試試這些話術,給他們加點“動力”:
- “Think about it. If you introduce this product to your market now, you'll be one of the first to catch this business opportunity. It could give you a big edge over your competitors in the coming months.”(想象一下,要是您現(xiàn)在把這款產(chǎn)品推向市場,就能率先抓住商機。接下來幾個月,您就能在競爭中占據(jù)優(yōu)勢啦。)
- “For the fashion industry, being the first to introduce this trendy product will attract a large number of fashion - conscious customers, quickly increasing your brand awareness and market share.”可針對不同行業(yè)或客戶群體,增加更具針對性的優(yōu)勢描述
- “I've sent you all the necessary information to help you make an informed decision. If you have any questions, I'm just a message or call away. Let's work together to make this happen.”(我給您發(fā)了做決策所需的所有信息。要是您有任何疑問,隨時發(fā)消息或打電話給我。咱們一起努力,促成合作吧。)
要是客戶一直沒回復,禮貌跟進:
- “I haven't heard back from you since my last message. May I know if you have had the opportunity to review our proposal?”(自上次發(fā)消息后,還沒收到您的回復。請問您是否已有時間了解我們的方案?)
客戶下訂單后,保持溝通,讓他們放心:
- “We've received your order and are on it right away. I'll keep a close eye on the production progress and update you regularly.”(我們已收到您的訂單,馬上就安排。我會密切關注生產(chǎn)進度,定期給您更新消息。)
- “Thank you for your payment! Your order will be shipped within 3 days. If you have any questions during this period, feel free to reach out.”(感謝您付款!您的訂單會在3天內(nèi)發(fā)貨。這期間要是有任何問題,隨時聯(lián)系我們。)
做好客戶管理與維護,定期問問他們的使用體驗:
- “How did everything go with your last order? Is there anything you particularly liked or any suggestions for improvement? Your feedback is super valuable to us.”(您上批訂單的產(chǎn)品用得怎么樣呀?有沒有特別滿意的地方,或者對我們有什么改進建議?您的反饋對我們很重要呢。)
除了詢問產(chǎn)品使用體驗,還可根據(jù)不同業(yè)務場景,增加對合作流程的詢問:
- “How did everything go with your last order? Also, was the communication and cooperation process during this order smooth for you? Any suggestions for improvement are welcome.”
要是客戶有新的市場計劃,主動關心:
- “I heard you're planning a new product launch. That's exciting! How's it going so far? Do you need any support from our side?”(聽說您在籌備新產(chǎn)品發(fā)布,太讓人期待啦!目前進展如何?您這邊需要我們提供什么支持嗎?)
在告知客戶發(fā)貨時間時,若業(yè)務涉及多種運輸方式,可補充說明運輸方式相關信息:
- “Thank you for your payment! Your order will be shipped within 3 days via DHL Express. This service usually ensures fast and reliable delivery, and you'll receive the tracking number shortly.”
