在美國人心中,感恩節(jié)像中國的春節(jié)一樣隆重,成千上萬的美國人不管有多忙,都會(huì)在這一天與家人團(tuán)聚。如果有美國客戶,可好好利用這個(gè)節(jié)日,提前送上祝福郵件的同時(shí)促成訂單。

關(guān)于  感恩節(jié)


感恩節(jié)是一個(gè)由美國人獨(dú)創(chuàng)的節(jié)日,只有美國人過。1941年,美國國會(huì)正式將每年11月第四個(gè)星期四定為“感恩節(jié)”,今年的感恩節(jié)是2024年11月28日


感恩節(jié)的第二天叫做“黑色星期五”(Black Friday),這一天是美國消費(fèi)者大采購的開始,因此感恩節(jié)假期一般會(huì)從星期四持續(xù)到星期天。


感恩節(jié)在美國是僅次于圣誕節(jié)的第二大節(jié)日,主要的慶祝方式是闔家團(tuán)圓吃大餐、看球賽、參加狂歡游行。對(duì)于晚餐,火雞是感恩節(jié)的傳統(tǒng)主菜,通常是把火雞肚子里塞上各種調(diào)料和拌好的食品,然后整只烤出,雞皮烤成深棕色,由男主人用刀切成薄片分給大家。然后由各人自己澆上鹵汁,灑上鹽,味道十分鮮美。此外,感恩節(jié)的傳統(tǒng)食品還有甜山芋、南瓜餅、果醬、自己烘烤的面包及各種蔬菜和水果等。


需要注意的是,歐洲諸國、澳大利亞等國家也都是不過感恩節(jié)的。加拿大有感恩節(jié),但跟美國不是同一天,加拿大是在每年的10月第二個(gè)星期一。日本的感恩節(jié)在每年的11月23日,正式的名字叫做“勤勞感謝日”(勤労感謝の日),也是法定假日。

感恩節(jié) 祝福郵件


不同階段的美國客戶,最好送上不同祝福郵件,提高跟進(jìn)效果。以下針對(duì)不同客戶類型提供不同跟進(jìn)技巧和郵件模板,大家可以修改一下,加些個(gè)性化元素。

 

現(xiàn)有客戶


不要再濫發(fā)賀卡了,因?yàn)闆]有什么比送禮物更直接的了。當(dāng)然,對(duì)于老客戶也不能一味送禮,最好根據(jù)客戶的喜好送一份貼心小禮物,比如家里有小孩的,可以送一些小孩子喜歡的玩具;如果是新合作客戶,不了解客戶喜好,也沒關(guān)系,可以送一些帶有中國特色的飾品。最后,不要忘記附贈(zèng)賀卡哦。

此外,也可以拍一些有意思的祝福視頻,畢竟視頻比文字更直觀,也更能打動(dòng)人,并且很多國外客戶對(duì)YouTube、TikTok等短視頻愛不釋手。所以也可以借此機(jī)會(huì)來上一段,動(dòng)員公司同事或者自己拍一段客戶的專屬祝福視頻,心意滿滿,絕對(duì)會(huì)留下深刻印象。

 

意向客戶


可以寫一封郵件,千萬不要套用模板,因?yàn)榭蛻艨赡軙?huì)收到十幾封甚至幾十封郵件,如果想客戶對(duì)你印象深刻,最好有針對(duì)性,比如可以回憶與客戶之間的深刻的事情,或者客戶曾經(jīng)對(duì)你的幫助,以此致以謝意,最好加一張感恩節(jié)賀卡。

可以提供客戶評(píng)價(jià)、案例分析等證據(jù)來增強(qiáng)客戶的信心。例如:“Here are some testimonials from our satisfied customers who have purchased the same product. You can be assured of the quality and service.”

提及產(chǎn)品的熱銷程度,讓客戶感到如果不盡快下單可能會(huì)錯(cuò)過。例如:“This product is in high demand and selling fast. Place your order now to ensure you get it before Thanksgiving.”


個(gè)性化溝通——
