2021年船舶準(zhǔn)班率仍處于低位,跨太平洋航線僅為10.4%

根據(jù)Sea-Intelligence最新報告:部分航運公司11月份的船舶抵達(dá)和延誤情況沒有加峻,但是今年全球船舶可靠性仍然處于低位,也是六年來最低水平,只有三分之一的船舶達(dá)到了預(yù)期的停靠時間。
11月份,全球有33.6%的船舶達(dá)到預(yù)定目標(biāo),比10月份的可靠性下降了一些,不過整體來看2021年集裝箱航運可靠性在33%-40%之間。雖然今年的船舶準(zhǔn)班率仍然處于低位,但船舶的可靠性并沒有下降。
Sea-Intelligence表明跨太平洋至美國西海岸仍面臨最大壓力,11月份的準(zhǔn)班率為10.4%,稍微比10月份改善了一點。11月,跨太平洋船舶從亞洲出發(fā)的平均延誤時間高于13天。
亞洲-美國東海岸服務(wù)在集裝箱貿(mào)易航線中的可靠性達(dá)到18.7%,亞洲-北歐貿(mào)易航線的船舶準(zhǔn)班率為24.5%,亞洲-地中海準(zhǔn)班率為22.3%。
由于港口擁堵,船舶泊位延遲以及停泊時間過長導(dǎo)致可靠性差異大。Sea-Intelligence數(shù)據(jù)隸屬于2M聯(lián)盟的船舶表現(xiàn)出最高的船期可靠性,馬士基11月份的航次中有46.3%的航次達(dá)到了可靠性,其漢堡南美子公司達(dá)到40.4%的可靠性。
地中海航運公司11月的船期可靠性為32.4%,準(zhǔn)點率比10月份提高了1.6個百分點。CMA CGM的可靠性下降至27.9%,中遠(yuǎn)海運11月份的可靠性下降至20.2%。

Some shipping lines saw no increase in ship arrivals and delays in November, but global ship reliability remained low this year and at its lowest level in six years, with only a third of ships reaching their expected berthing time, according to a new sea-Intelligence report.
In November, 33.6 percent of the world's ships met their targets, a slight decrease from October, but overall the reliability of container shipping in 2021 is between 33 percent and 40 percent. While punctuality remains low this year, ship reliability has not declined.
Sea-intelligence said the trans-Pacific to the WEST Coast of the US continued to face the greatest pressure, with an on-time arrival rate of 10.4% in November, a slight improvement from October. The average delay for trans-Pacific ships departing Asia was more than 13 days in November.
The reliability of asian-US east Coast services on container trade routes reached 18.7%, the punctuality rate of asian-Nordic trade routes was 24.5%, and the punctuality rate of Asian-Mediterranean trade routes was 22.3%.
Due to port congestion, ship berthing delay and long berthing time lead to large reliability differences. Ships belonging to the 2M Alliance showed the highest reliability, with 46.3 per cent of Maersk's November voyages achieving reliability and 40.4 per cent for its Hamburg South American subsidiary, sea-Intelligence data showed.
The November reliability of Mediterranean Shipping lines was 32.4 percent, with on-time performance up 1.6 percentage points from October. CMA CGM's reliability fell to 27.9%, while CoSCO Shipping's reliability fell to 20.2% in November.
